Marinade:
1/4 cup low-sodium Tamari
3 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
2 tablespoons Date Syrup
1/4–1/2 inch fresh ginger root, peeled and grated
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1, 16 oz package extra firm tofu
