Ingredients
1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen blueberries or a combination of your choice
1/3 – 1/2 cup milk of your choice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon maple syrup – to taste
1 tablespoon cashew butter (optional)
1 scoop of protein powder (optional)
Toppings:
Fresh berries
Banana slices
Nuts and seeds
Oats, granola
Herbs and edible flowers
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender (start with less milk and add more to reach your desired consistency) and blitz until smooth. You may need to use the tamper.
- Pour into pretty bowls and add toppings to your heart’s content and enjoy.
