Ingredients
The Savory Option:
1 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup filtered water
Zest of a lemon
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1-2 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Pinch of dried savory herbs (optional)
The Sweet Option:
1 cup raw unsalted cashews
1/2 cup unfiltered water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 tablespoons date syrup or maple syrup
Instructions
- For either the Savory or Sweet Option place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
- Taste and adjust the seasonings to your liking.
- The “cream” will thicken a little in the fridge as it chills.
