- 1 cup blueberries, frozen or not
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 banana (frozen is great)
- 12 – 14 oz milk, coconut, soy, and oat are all great options or dairy if you prefer
- 1 heaping scoop of Vegan Protein Powder
- A large handful of baby spinach or kale leaves
- heaping teapsoon of cashew butter (optional)
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Place in a high speed blender and blitz until smooth. If the mixture is too thick add a little more milk.
- Pour into a tall glass, sip and enjoy.
