Quick and Easy Overnight Oats

An easy family friendly recipe to start the day off right!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Steel Cut Oats
  • 1/3-1/2 cup non dairy milk
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  • In a jar or bowl, combine the steel-cut oats, plant milk, and sea salt.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • The following morning, transfer everything to a small saucepan.
  • Cook over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add extra milk until the oats reach your preferred consistency.
  • Spoon into a bowl and finish with your favorite seasonal toppings.
