- 1/3 cup Steel Cut Oats
- 1/3-1/2 cup non dairy milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- In a jar or bowl, combine the steel-cut oats, plant milk, and sea salt.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- The following morning, transfer everything to a small saucepan.
- Cook over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add extra milk until the oats reach your preferred consistency.
- Spoon into a bowl and finish with your favorite seasonal toppings.
