3 cups of your favorite non-dairy milk
1 tablespoon or so of mint leaves
OPTIONAL ADD-INS
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 tablespoon Hemp Seeds
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 avocado
TOPPINGS
A variety of berries and fruit such as pineapple or mango
Pumpkin Seeds
Sunflower Seeds
Instructions
- Add the milk to a high-speed blender.
- Add all remaining smoothie ingredients.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust the consistency with more milk if needed.
- Pour into glasses or bowls.
- Finish with granola, berries, seeds, and fresh herbs.
