Ingredients

SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup frozen pineapple or mango

1 banana, peeled

2 -3 cups kale or your green of choice

Juice of a lemon

1 scoop Protein Powder

3 cups of your favorite non-dairy milk

1 tablespoon or so of mint leaves

OPTIONAL ADD-INS

1 tablespoon Chia Seeds

1 tablespoon Hemp Seeds

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 avocado

TOPPINGS

Granola

A variety of berries and fruit such as pineapple or mango

Pumpkin Seeds

Sunflower Seeds

Instructions

  • Add the milk to a high-speed blender.
  • Add all remaining smoothie ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust the consistency with more milk if needed.
  • Pour into glasses or bowls.
  • Finish with granola, berries, seeds, and fresh herbs.
